I’m Tami Irokawa McGonigal, a professionally certified executive coach and leadership development consultant with a former career in law. I help ambitious professionals and leaders operating in an ever-changing, complex global market discover their RINZEN by building the necessary mindset and skills so that they can discover their unique path to a greater sense of purpose, fulfilment, and results.

I specialise in leadership development, cross-cultural communication, and resilience and well-being, with a particular expertise in supporting women and professionals from racial and ethnic minorities.
