Starting a new role is exciting. It presents a great opportunity to take on new challenges that will help you grow.
At the same time, it can be daunting and make you feel vulnerable. You need to learn a lot fast, build new relationships, and establish yourself as a professional in a new environment.
This programme is designed to help you confidently navigate through the challenges of moving into a new working environment and to be strategic in developing your career from day one.
This programme will help you embrace and manage change efficiently and:
- Create a great first impression and effectively develop your personal brand
- Set realistic goals and develop a clear plan to achieve them
- Learn how to use your unique strengths, skills, and experience to succeed in your role
- Increase your confidence, resilience, and ability to communicate with more presence and impact
- Adopt new habits to embrace change and take positive action

How does it work?
This programme includes an introductory session and three 1:1 coaching sessions via audio or video call.

Introductory Session: Shortly after you have accepted your new role
To prepare for our coaching sessions, you’ll receive a workbook that will help you identify the topics you’d like to dive deeper into during our coaching.
You don’t need to complete the whole workbook before your next session. Feel free to focus on the topics that resonate most with you and that you’d like to use as a starting point for our coaching sessions.
During this session I’ll help you:
- Reflect upon where you currently are in your career
- Clarify your transition purpose, core objectives, and expectations
- Identify your long-term vision of success
- Identify your immediate opportunities that may help you in achieving your objectives and potential obstacles that may prevent you from doing that

Session #1: Two to three weeks before you start your new role
During this session, we’ll discuss the topics that feel most relevant to you at the moment. For example:
- Examine your role in detail
- Identify your key strengths, skills, and unique experiences to create a great first impression for the organisation and demonstrate your value
- Understand the culture and values of your new organisation and identify what you share in common
- Identify the key stakeholders: the most important people who you want to establish a strong connection with and clarify expectations
- Identify your priorities and set realistic goals for the first 90 days in your role and develop a strategy to achieve them without feeling overwhelmed

Session #2: Two to three weeks after you’ve started your new role
The topics we’ll focus on during this session will depend on your situation and needs at the particular moment. Here are some examples:
- Get into a habit to celebrate early wins and keep your motivation up
- Identify what skills and knowledge you need to acquire in this new role
- Reassess your priorities and make adjustments to your plan
- Tackle imposter syndrome and build up your confidence
- Build rapport with the key players in your organisation
- Continue to develop your own brand

Session #3: Anytime within your first 90 days
As with previous sessions, the topics we’ll discuss during this session will depend on what feels most important to you at the moment. Here are some examples:
- Reflect on your progress to revisit your priorities and make adjustments
- Develop your support network, both internally and externally
- Develop new habits and identify key actions and strategies to keep building your confidence and resilience
During these meetings, you’ll have the undivided attention of a certified executive coach who will work with you at your own pace in a confidential, judgement-free environment.

- Gain clarity about what success means to you in this role and beyond
- Identify your unique strengths, skills, and experiences, and learn how to leverage them to achieve your role’s goals

You’ll be in good hands
